• Price is per person in a double or twin room
• Price includes all specified in ‘Included services’
• Services and meals not used cannot be refunded
• Check in : from 2.00 p.m to Midnight
• The Reception is closed from Midnight to 5.00 o’ clock
• Check out: until 10.30 a .m.

Deposit

A deposit per person is required to reserve a bike tour.

• A deposit of € 800,00 (Weeklong Tour, Gentle Cycling Tour, Women's Cycling Camp, Women's Bike Tour, Self Guided Tour).
• A deposit of € 500,00 (Escape Bike Tour Lake Maggiore, Weekender Bike Tour Varese).

A reservation will not be considered to be finalized until this deposit is received. The reservation must be in written form at this address booking@lakesnorthernitalybiketours.com and confirmed by Lakes of Northern Italy Bike Tours.

Final payment

The balance of your payment is due directly in hotel by credit card at your departure (check out).

2025 Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you have to cancel your tour, the cancellation must be confirmed in written form by both parts (customer - Lakes of Northern Italy Bike Tours).

The reservation can be cancelled:

• more than 7 days prior to the tour departure and we will refund the deposit.
• within the last 7 days prior to the tour departure and no refund will be made.

Payment methods

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex).
If you are happy with everything and ready to pay a deposit, please confirm the full name and your email address.
We will share the "Pay-by-Link Nexi" by email for booking.
Then you will receive our email for confirmation of your payment.
Our account is in the name of:
   - HOTEL UNGHERIA VARESE 1946, or
   - RELAIS VILLA PORTA, or
   - LAKES NORTHERN ITALY BIKE TOURS.

Guaranteed bike tours

A self guided tour doesn't require a minimum number of riders to run. A self guided tour always runs.
A guided tour requires a minimum number of two riders to run. You can ensure that a guided tour runs only after our confirmation. So please wait for our confirmation before making further arrangements.

Trip Alterations

Lakes of Northern Italy Bike Tours reserves the right to make route modifications which become necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible.

Insurance

Participants are responsible for having adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation. Lakes of Northern Italy Bike Tours, Hotel Ungheria Varese and Relais Villa Porta are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellation, delays or any other matter beyond our control.
